Pepper Steak



I got this recipe from my mom. It's quick, easy, and delicious!

Ingredients:
-2lbs flank steak, sliced
-2 cans Campbell's golden mushroom soup
-2 cans Campbell's French onion soup
-2 cups white rice
-1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
-1/4 cup sliced onion

Directions:
-Boil 4 cups water in medium sauce pan. Add rice. Let simmer for 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Set aside.
-In large pan, cook steak with salt and pepper to taste. Add pepper and onions. Add cans of soup for gravy. Let simmer for 5-10 minutes until sauce is boiling.
-Serve over rice.
