Lettuce Wraps


This is a healthy and delicious recipe the whole family will love.

Ingredients:
-1 head of butter lettuce
-2 lbs chicken breast, diced
-Sesame ginger marinade
-1 jar peanut satay sauce
-1 cup grated carrots (can also add cucumber and bean sprouts if you want)
Directions:
-Sautee chicken in small amount of oil. Add sesame ginger marinade and cook until done.
-Wash lettuce in cold water and pat dry with paper towel
-Assemble wraps like a taco, place chicken on piece of lettuce, add carrots and other toppings.
-Top with peanut sauce.
