Double Cheese Burgers

Ingredients:

-2lbs ground beef
-Sliced cheese (I prefer American for burgers)
-Hamburger buns
-Worcestershire sauce
-Seasoning salt and pepper

Directions:

-Form meat into patty-sized pieces. Season with Worcestershire, seasoning salt and pepper.
-Heat small amout of oil in medium skillet until hot. Cook patties until done about 5-6 minutes on each side.
-Turn off heat and add cheese. Let cheese melt before removing patty from skillet.
-Serve on your favorite choice of buns.
