Chicken Tikka Masala
My husband and I love Indian food. But ordering takeout can get quite pricey. Here's a quick and easy recipe that allows you to indulge in your favorite curry dish without breaking the bank.

Prep time: 5 mins
Cook time: 15 mins
Ingredients:
-2 cups of jasmine rice (regular white rice or brown rice works too)
-4 cups water
-1 jar tikka masala sauce

-2lbs chicken, diced
Directions:
-Heat water in medium sauce pan until boiling. Add rice. Reduce to simmer and cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
-Sautee chicken in skillet with little bit of olive oil until done. Add tikka sauce and let simmer for 4-5 mins.
-Serve over rice.
