Apple and Kale Salad with Salmon
Very healthy. Very delicious!
Ingredients:
-1lb salmon
-1 bunch kale
-1/4 cup raisins
-blue cheese crumbles
-salad dressing of choice
-lemon pepper seasoning to taste
-lemon juice
-apple slices
Directions:
-wash kale, remove spine
-toss kale with salad dressing
-add apples and raisins
-saute salmon in a bit of oil with lemon pepper seasoning and lemon juice.
-serve over salad. Top with blue cheese crumbles
